Row Addition Without Carry
Addition can be performed by drawing sticks equal to the digits in the question and then counting all the sticks together we get the desired result.
For example let us solve the question
In the figure below there is a bundle of 10 sticks and 2 sticks for the digit 12 and 6 sticks for the digit 6
Adding the sticks together we get 18 sticks.
Hence the answer is 18
